A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fountain Valley denying General Plan\nAmendment No. 23-01 to change the General Plan Land Use Designation from General\nCommercial to High Density Residential and denying Zoning Map Amendment No. 436 to\nchange the Zoning Map Designation from C1-Local Business to R4-High Density Multiple\nDwelling for the 72-unit Parkside FV development located on a 2.119-acre site at 8550\nWarner Avenue; and\n2.
