COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nANNUAL ACTION PLAN\nAll jurisdictions receiving Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) funding must submit a Consolidated Plan every five\nyears to guide Housing and Community Development programs. The Annual Action Plan\nsets specific goals and performance benchmarks, detailing proposed CDBG projects and\neligible HOME categories.\nProposed Motion:\n1.
