Create Ad Hoc Finance Committee composed of five Fullerton residents directly\nappointed by City Council Members meeting monthly between September 2024 and\nMay 2025 to review short and long-term City financial and economic matters and\nrecommend improvements to City financial and economic viability to City Council.\n2. 9. STREET SWEEPING OPERATION AND ENFORCEMENT ALTERNATIVES\nCity Council considered this item on May 7, 2024 and directed staff to develop additional\nrecommendations. This item presents a new alternative for citywide street sweeping\noperations, in addition to previously presented options, for City Council consideration.\nProposed Motion:\nMaintain current street sweeping operations with enforcement.
