10. AD HOC FINANCE COMMITTEE FORMATION\nCouncil Member Charles requested, supported by Mayor Pro Tem Jung, to agendize an\nitem to consider forming an ad hoc finance committee.\nProposed Motion:\n1. Create Ad Hoc Finance Committee composed of five Fullerton residents directly\nappointed by City Council Members meeting monthly between September 2024 and\nMay 2025 to review short and long-term City financial and economic matters and\nrecommend improvements to City financial and economic viability to City Council.\n2. Direct staff to present Ad Hoc Committee progress and recommendations to City\nCouncil early in the 2025-26 budget planning process.\n3. Direct staff to open recruitment for committee members and agendize appointments\nfor the August 20, 2024 City Council meeting.
