20.\nWATER\nQUALITY\nREPORT CONTAMINANT LEVEL GOALS\nON PUBLIC\nHEALTH GOALS\nAND MAXIMUM\nPublic Hearing to present the 2025 Water Quality Report which evaluates City drinking\nwater quality for calendar years 2022, 2023 and 2024. 21.\nSOLID WASTE SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL\nThe City solid waste services agreement term ends June 30, 2027. City Council formed a\nSolid Waste Ad Hoc Committee to evaluate service levels, identify future needs and assist\nin developing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Staff is ready to issue\nthe Solid Waste Service RFP.\nProposed Motion:\nAuthorize and direct the Interim City Manager to issue the Solid Waste Service Request\nfor Proposal.
