10.C JANUARY 7, 2025, MEETING\nCONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1-24 (MODIFICATION TO CUP #219-68), SITE\nPLAN REVIEW #1-24, AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT #1-24\nThe Planning Commission considered a request to modify the conditional use permit\nfor a high school located within the R- 1 zone, including a site plan review for the\ndemolition of a 9,036 SF church building and proposing a new 7,500 SF facility in its\nplace, featuring two classrooms, an administrative area, and a covered canopy, to\ncontinue serving the existing school on the property. The request also included an\nadministrative adjustment to the off-street parking requirements, seeking a 12%\nreduction in the number of required spaces—from 104 to 93 spaces. Additionally, the Project includes consideration of Land Use Plan\nchanges and zoning map changes for the properties located at 16964 Brighton\nAvenue and the 0.43 Acre Property located to the east of the Project Site to\nmatch existing uses.
