Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record\nof documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Professional\nServices Agreement with Citiguard.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to amend create a blanket purchase\norder for Citiguard not to exceed $215,796 in administrative fees.
