14. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) LA CADA Professional Services Agreement First Amendment RECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement first amendment with LA CADA for the period of one year from 03/15/2024 to 03/15/2025 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site. 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Professional Services Agreement with LA CADA. 3. Authorize the Department of Finance to amend create a blanket purchase order for LA CADA not to exceed $798,428.88 in administrative fees.
