Progress Payment #5 in the amount of $151,789.96 due to Klassic Engineering &\nConstruction, Inc of Orange, CA for Hawthorne Housing Rehabilitation of City\nOwned Properties 2023 (Project #23-09)\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve this\nProgress Payment #5 to Klassic Engineering & Construction Inc of Orange, CA.

Progress Payment #4 in the amount of $1,980,792.38 due to Sequel Contractors\nof Santa Fe Springs, CA for Northeast Hawthorne Mobility Improvement Project\n(Project # 21-05)\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve this\nProgress Payment #4 and approve Change Order #1 & #2 to Sequel Contractors\nof Santa Fe Springs, CA

17. Agreement/Contract Between the City of Hawthorne and ViaTRON Systems, Inc.\nfor the digitization of planning records.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the\ncontract with ViaTRON Systems, Inc.

The Agreement Between the City Hawthorne and West Coast Aviation for the\nSales Representation and Consultation for the sale of 1988 MD500E Helicopter\n(Air-55) by the Hawthorne Police Department.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the\nConsulting Agreement with West Coast Aviation and authorize the chief of the\nHawthorne Police Department to execute the Agreement and any minor\namendments thereto.
