18. The Agreement Between the City Hawthorne and West Coast Aviation for the Sales Representation and Consultation for the sale of 1988 MD500E Helicopter (Air-55) by the Hawthorne Police Department. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Consulting Agreement with West Coast Aviation and authorize the chief of the Hawthorne Police Department to execute the Agreement and any minor amendments thereto.
