The City Council will meet\nin closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 regarding the\nacquisition of certain property interests, consisting of the leasehold interest of\nBank of America National Association, a national banking association in the City-\nowned real property located at 12547 Hawthorne Boulevard, Hawthorne,\nCalifornia (APN 4041-015-016). The negotiators for the City are Vontray Norris,\nCity Manager, and Robert Kim, City Attorney. The negotiating parties are the City\nof Hawthorne and the lessee Bank of America, National Association. Under\nnegotiations are price and terms of the acquisition of these property interests in\nconnection with the City Hall Expansion and Civic Center Park.
