Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of documents\nnecessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish a blanket purchase order for Citiguard not to exceed\n$226,596 in administrative fees.
