Approve the 2025-2026 Draft Five-Year Plan, Annual Plan and Administrative Plan. 2. Direct staff to file the required Five-Year, Annual and Administrative Plans with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or before the due date of April 17, 2026.
