13. 25-361 Approve and Authorize Execution of Amendment No. 3 to the\nAttachment Agreement with Southern California Gas Company for\nInstallation of Advanced Meter Facilities on City-Owned Streetlights\nRecommended Action:\nApprove and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute, “Amendment No. 3 to\nAttachment Agreement Between the City of Huntington Beach and Southern California\nGas Company.”

Coffee Lab) for Temporary Use\nof City Property at 101 Walnut Avenue\nRecommended Action:\nApprove and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the “License Agreement by\nand Between the City of Huntington Beach and EVA Coffee Project LLC. 15. 25-321 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize\nexecution of a construction contract with Comet Electric, Inc. in the\namount of $254,266, for the construction of a traffic signal on Gothard\nStreet at Murdy Fire Station (CC-1672) and execution of change\norders\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Comet Electric, Inc., in\nthe amount of $254,266;\nB) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and,\nC) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve change orders not to exceed a total\nof 10% of the contract construction costs.

16. 25-358 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize\nexecution of a construction contract with Power Engineering\nConstruction Company in the amount of $353,068 for the Bolsa\nAvenue Bridge Maintenance Project, CC-1745; approve\nsupplemental construction costs; and authorize 15% in contingency\nfunds\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest and responsible bid submitted by Power Engineering Construction\nCompany in the amount of $353,068;\nB) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve change orders up to 15%\ncontingency in potential construction change orders; and ,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract with Power\nEngineering Construction Company in a form approved by the City Attorney.
