17. 25-382 Approve and authorize execution of a Right-of-Way Contract with the Orange County Transportation Authority and a Joint Use Agreement with Southern California Edison to facilitate the relocation of electrical facilities related to the I-405 Improvement Project Recommended Action: A) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Right-of-Way Contract with Orange County Transportation Authority; and , B) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Joint Use Agreement with Southern California Edison .
