3.3 Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-0-2037 by and between Orange County Transportation Authority (Lead Agency), and the Cities of Westminster, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach for the Edinger Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P). RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-0- 2037 by and between Orange County Transportation Authority (Lead Agency), and the Cities of Westminster, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach for the Edinger Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P), and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City.
