5.1 Contractual Agreement with the County of Orange to Provide Services for the Westminster Family Resource Center. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the Contractual Agreement with the County of Orange to provide Family Resource Center services in the amount of $500,000 per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
