3.4 Contract for Janitorial Services for City Buildings, Including City Hall, Community\nServices, Senior Center/Annex, and Police Department.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the selection of Commercial Cleaning Systems (CCS) for Janitorial\nServices for City Buildings in an amount not to exceed $158,040 per year; and\nB.
