3.7 Adoption of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Construction Bids for the Playground Renovation Project for Elden F. Gillespie Park - Plan No: P-2639. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the plans and specifications for the Playground Renovation Project for Elden F. Gillespie Park – Plan No. P-2639; and B. Authorize the Public Works Director or City Engineer to approve minor modifications to the plans and specifications to accommodate requested revisions from public safety and utilities agencies; and C. Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise and solicit construction bids for said project. PROCLAMATIONS
