3.3 Resolution Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to Execute the Sub-Recipient Agreement with the City of Santa Ana for FY 2023 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) Grant Program. RECOMMENDATION: A. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Sub-Recipient Agreement with the City of Santa Ana for FY 2023 Urban Areas Security initiative (UASI) Grant Program; and B.
