3.8 Adopt a Resolution Appointing Richard Olson as Water Management Consultant and Approve Retired Annuitant Employment Agreement. RECOMMENDATION: A. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING RICHARD OLSON AS WATER MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT;” and B. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with Retired Annuitant Richard Olson.
