12) Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Sagecrest Planning\n& Environmental\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for\nProfessional Services with Sagecrest Planning & Environmental, LLC for additional\nservices to prepare California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance documents\nfor a total contract amount not to exceed $72,900, in final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.

Webb Associates (Webb) for $155,730 to prepare a Transportation Impact\nFee (TIF) study for the City, plus an additional 10% contingency for unforeseen\nexpenditures, in final form as approved by the City Attorney.
