15) Professional Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates for Preparation of\na Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) Study\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Albert A. Webb Associates (Webb) for $155,730 to prepare a Transportation Impact\nFee (TIF) study for the City, plus an additional 10% contingency for unforeseen\nexpenditures, in final form as approved by the City Attorney.
