Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual purchase orders against\nthe Agreement; and\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Appendix 5 to the Western\nRiverside Council of Governments Professional Services Agreement, providing\nfor services with Yunex Traffic as it relates to streetlight operations and\nmaintenance.
