Approve the Third Amendment to the Agreement for On-Site and/or\nProfessional Services with Lyons Security Service Inc., to provide\nsecurity guard services at various City facilities and special events;\n2. Authorize a Change Order to the existing Purchase Order with Lyons,\nInc. in the amount of $68,000 once the Third Amendment has been\nsigned by all parties;\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute the Third\nAmendment to the Agreement for On-Site and/or Professional\nServices with Lyons Security Service, Inc. subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney; and\n4. Authorize the Purchasing & Sustainability Division Manager to issue a\nPurchase Order to PB Loader Corporation in the amount of\n$212,752.00 plus an estimated sales and use tax amount of\n$16,488.28, for a total amount of $229,240.28 using Fleet Operations\nReplacement Reserve (Fund 7430).\n3. Award the purchase of one 2023 Street Sweeper to TYMCO, Inc.\n4.
