HORTON LOS ANGELES HOLDING\nCOMPANY, INC. (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve Tract Map 38236.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to sign the map and transmit said map to the\nCounty Recorder’s Office for recordation.\n3. Approve the Cooperative Agreement with the Riverside County Flood\nControl and Water Conservation District (the District), the City of\nMoreno Valley (the City), and D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding\nCompany, Inc. (the Developer), for the MDP Line H, Stage 2 and\nMoreno – Alessandro Boulevard Lateral Storm Drain, Stage 1.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Agreement.\n5. Direct the City Clerk to forward the signed Cooperative Agreement to\nthe District.
