Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2023-xx. A resolution of the Moreno Valley\nCommunity Services District of the City of Moreno Valley, California,\napproving submission of an application for the Outdoor Equity Grants\nProgram Grant Funds and authorizing the Parks and Community\nServices Director to conduct all negotiations, sign and submit all\ndocuments, including, but not limited to applications, agreements,\namendments, and payment requests, which may be necessary for the\ncompletion of the Grant Scope; and\n3. If awarded, accept, and receive grant award funds from California\nDepartment of Parks and Recreation Outdoor Equity Grants Program;\nand\n4.
