Adopt City Council Resolution No. 2023-xx approving the Preliminary\nAward Letter issued by the City and Housing Authority to Linwood\nRose, L.P. or Affiliate for development of The Linwood Rose\nAffordable Housing Project, including authority for the City Manager in\nconsultation with the City Attorney to execute and implement the\nPreliminary Award Letter.\n2. Adopt Housing Authority Resolution No. HA 2023-xx approving the\nPreliminary Award Letter issued by the City and Housing Authority to\nLinwood Rose, L.P or Affiliate for development of The Linwood Rose\nAffordable Housing Project, including authority for the Executive\nDirector in consultation with General Counsel to execute and\nimplement the Preliminary Award Letter.
