FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES\nAT PIGEON PASS ROAD AND IRONWOOD AVENUE – PROJECT 808\n0013 (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award a construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., 14320 Albers\nWay, Chino, CA 91710, for the Traffic Signal Upgrades at Pigeon Pass\nRoad and Ironwood Avenue in the amount of $268,045.00, funded by\nMeasure A and Gas Tax, and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ncontract with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. in substantial conformance with\nthe attached contract form;\n2. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for Elecnor Belco Electric,\nInc. in the amount of $308,251.00 (bid amount plus approximate 15%\ncontingency) when the contract has been signed by all parties;\n3.
