I.11 APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT AND\nGRANT FUNDING FOR THE SUNNYMEAD MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN STORM\nDRAIN LINE H (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nApproval of a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with TKE Engineering,\nInc., Approval of the Funding/Cooperative Agreement between the Riverside County\nFlood Control and Water Conservation District and the City of Moreno Valley, and\nAccept the U.S. Economic Development Administration for Investments for Public\nWorks and Economic Development Facilities Program grant award for the\nSunnymead Master Drainage Plan Storm Drain Line H Project Number 804 0022\nLocated Between the State Route 60 and the Intersection of Sunnymead Boulevard\nand Indian Street.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with TKE Engineering,\nInc. to complete preliminary engineering, design and construction support for the\nSunnymead Master Drainage Plan Storm Drain Line H; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with TKE Engineering, Inc.\nin the amount of $634,200; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to TKE Engineering, Inc. for the\namount of $634,200 when the agreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent amendments to the\nAgreement for Professional Consultant Services with TKE Engineering, Inc., within\nthe City Council approved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to\nauthorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the\nAgreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n5. Approve the Funding/Cooperative Agreement between the Riverside County\nFlood Control and Water Conservation District (District) and the City of Moreno Valley\nsubstantially in the form attached hereto, to utilize master drainage plan drainage\nfees in the amount of $1,600,000 for implementing the Sunnymead Master Drainage\nPlan Line H located between the State Route 60 and the intersection of Sunnymead\nBoulevard and Indian Street; and\n6. Authorize the City Manager to approve any minor changes and amendments to\nthe Funding/Cooperative Agreement with the District that may be requested by the\nDistrict and/or the City, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n7. Accept the U.S. Economic Development Administration for Investments for Public\nWorks and Economic Development Facilities Program grant award in the amount of\n$2,400,000 for the project; and\n8. Authorize the use of Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation\nDistrict funding as local match for the U.S. Economic Development Administration for\nInvestments for Public Works and Economic Development Facilities Program grant;\nand\n9. Approve budget adjustments as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.

Approve Administrative Services Agreement for the CSA 152 National Pollutant\nDischarge Elimination System Program By and Between the County of Riverside and\nthe City of Moreno Valley; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement and any renewal options; and.\n3. Direct the City Clerk to transmit the Agreement to the County of Riverside.
