Approve and authorize submittal of the City of Moreno Valley's Measure A Local\nStreets and Roads Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2025/26 to\n2029/30 and Maintenance of Effort Certificate for Fiscal Year 2025/26 to Riverside\nCounty Transportation Commission; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to submit an annual amended\nfive-year plan to the Riverside County Transportation Commission if changes are\nmade to the listed Measure A projects.
