Approve the City acquisition of a donation of a decommissioned aircraft from\nMarch Field Air Museum and authorize the Parks and Community Services Director,\nto enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with March Field Air Museum\ncontingent upon approval of the MOU by the City Attorney.

I.11\nAPPROVE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR\nPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTERING\nAND PROJECT COMPLIANCE MONITORING SERVICES (REPORT OF: PUBLIC\nWORKS) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nApprove The First Amendment To The Agreement For Professional Consultant\nServices With Perceptive Enterprises, Inc., To Provide Program Administration For\nThe Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program And To Expand Labor And\nCompliance Monitoring Services For Citywide Projects\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and CSD:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Consultant\nServices with Perceptive Enterprises, Inc., to provide Program Administration for the\nDisadvantaged Business Enterprise Program and to expand the Agreement to\ninclude Labor and Compliance Monitoring Services for citywide projects; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement for\nProfessional Consultant Services with Perceptive Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of\n$500,000, funded by the City Council approved Operating Budget and other projectspecific funding; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of purchase orders with Perceptive Enterprises, Inc., not to\nexceed the total amount allowed annually, per the terms specified in the First\nAmendment, per year, for the entirety of the contract term, unless otherwise\namended; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute any subsequent\namendments to the Agreement with Perceptive Enterprises, Inc., including the\nauthority to authorize any associated purchase orders, in accordance with the terms\nof the Agreement, and within the budgetary amounts previously approved by the City\nCouncil/Community Services District Board as part of the adopted and/or amended\nbudget process, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.

Approve a Highway Safety Improvement construction contract to Select Electric,\nInc. for the Iris Avenue Corridor Safety Improvements, Project Number 808 0036,\nlocated between Heacock Street and Nason Street; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Select Electric, Inc. in the\namount of $335,975 ($285,975 bid amount plus $50,000 contingency), funded by\nHighway Safety Improvement Program Grant Funds (Fund 2301) and State Gas Tax\nFunds (Fund 2000); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Select Electric, Inc. in the amount of\n$335,975, when the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute any subsequent\nrelated change orders to the contract with Select Electric, Inc. up to the contingency\namount, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
