I.8\nMORENO VALLEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION – HOMELESS COMMUNITY\nOUTREACH PILOT PROGRAM (REPORT OF: FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES) (DISTRICT: NOT APPLICABLE)\nMoreno Valley Community Foundation – Homeless Community Outreach Pilot\nProgram\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council & Moreno Valley Community Foundation:\n1. Authorize the President (City Manager) and Treasurer (CFO/Treasurer) to continue\nthe Moreno Valley Community Foundation Homeless Community Outreach Pilot\nProgram as identified in the attached Resolution; and\n2. Adopt Resolution MVCF 2025-XX describing the Community Outreach Pilot\nProgram; and\n3. Authorize the President to execute any Agreements with the Community Based\nOrganizations (CBOs) as a part of the Pilot Program and any subsequent\nAmendments to the Agreement within the Board approved annual budgeted amounts,\nincluding the authority to authorize the associated purchase orders in accordance\nwith the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n4. Authorize the Treasurer to process a budget amendment and appropriation as\nshown in the Fiscal Impact section of the report.
