Zoning and\nPublic Benefit Agreement (PA2008-199)\na) Conduct a public hearing;\nb) Find this project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15301 under Existing Facilities of the CEQA Guidelines.
