2.B. Approval of City Council Regular Meeting Minutes\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the City Council Regular Meeting Minutes of October 18, 2023.

2.C. Agreement with the County of Riverside for the Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) Program for Fiscal Year 2023-24\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove Agreement with the County of Riverside for the Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $73,282 for\nFiscal Year 2023-24 and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute\nsupplemental agreement for CDBG funds.

2.D. Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for the Sundance Park\nBoundary Wall Restoration Project, and appropriation of Measure R Funds\nfor the Proposed Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept bids and award the contract to Act 1 Construction, Inc. for the\nSundance Park Boundary Wall Restoration Project in the amount of\n$92,502, and authorize the City Manager to approve contract change\norders up to 10% of the original contract; Appropriate Measure R Funds in\nthe amount of $120,000 to fund the cost of the project that includes a 10%\ncontingency, design and incidental costs.

Approval of an additional appropriation to fund the Professional Legal\nServices Contract with Downey Brand, regarding the Riverside\nTransmission Reliability Project (RTRP)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAuthorize the Finance Director to move $80,000 from undesignated\nreserves into the General Fund and appropriate an additional $80,000 for\nthe Downey Brand contract.
