Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for the Sundance Park\nBoundary Wall Restoration Project, and appropriation of Measure R Funds\nfor the Proposed Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept bids and award the contract to Act 1 Construction, Inc. for the\nSundance Park Boundary Wall Restoration Project in the amount of\n$92,502, and authorize the City Manager to approve contract change\norders up to 10% of the original contract; Appropriate Measure R Funds in\nthe amount of $120,000 to fund the cost of the project that includes a 10%\ncontingency, design and incidental costs.
