6.C.\nFirst Reading, Ordinance No.1137 adopting Zone Code Amendment 202501 (City of Norco): A City-Initiated proposal to amend Norco Municipal\nCode Title 18 – “Zoning”, Chapter 18.68 – “Accessory Building Use\nPermits”, to: amend the provisions/regulations for Large Vehicle Parking\nBuildings by reducing the provisions for size and specifying size\ndimensions; to amend the findings for the approval of accessory buildings;\nand to specify the number of accessory buildings allowed under Chapter\n18.68\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAdopt Ordinance No. 1137 for the first reading, approving Zone Code\nAmendment 2025-01.
