3.E.\nAcceptance of Bids, Approve Project Plans, and Award Contract for the\nKips Korner Park Improvement Project (Project No. 54300.2)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept bids, approve project plans, and award contract to TVR\nConstruction Engineering, LLC, in the amount of $150,075; and authorize\nthe City Manager to approve contract change orders up to 10% of the\noriginal contract for the Kips Korner Park Improvement Project.
