Award a Maintenance Services Agreement with Tri-Star\nContracting II, Inc., of Desert Hot Springs, California, in the amount\nnot to exceed $150,000 for FY 2024-25, and $500,000 annually\nthereafter for a 38-month term with the option of (2) additional one-\nyear extensions.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3.
