13.o AWARD CONTRACT TO TRI-STAR CONTRACTING II, INC. FOR ON- 199\nCALL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS FOR PUBLIC STREETS AND\nSPACES (PROJECT NO. SST00001)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a Maintenance Services Agreement with Tri-Star\nContracting II, Inc., of Desert Hot Springs, California, in the amount\nnot to exceed $150,000 for FY 2024-25, and $500,000 annually\nthereafter for a 38-month term with the option of (2) additional one-\nyear extensions.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nother documents necessary to effectuate this action, in\naccordance with Section 3.30.170 of the Palm Desert Municipal\nCode.
