F. Consideration and possible action to approve a contract amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with KOA Corporation for traffic calming\nservices. (Awwad)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with KOA Corporation for traffic engineering services thereby\nincreasing the total contract sum from $89,636 to $103,536 and extending the\nagreement from June 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023; 2) Authorize a\ncontingency of 15% or $15,530 for the agreement; and 3) Authorize the Mayor\nand City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
