G. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Raptor Events, LLC. to perform peafowl management services. (Whitten) Recommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with Raptor Events, LLC. for peafowl management services, when deemed warranted, for a two-year term with an optional one-year extension, for a total contract sum of $86,000 for two years, not to exceed $43,000 annually; and 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the professional services agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
