Resolution No. 8516 of the development applications described below. The project site is\nlocated on the east side of Texas Street approximately 500 feet north of Domestic Avenue\n(APN: 0167-041-01-0000) in the Agriculture (A-1) District.\nb. Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the project in accordance with Section\n15074 of the California Environmental Quality Act\nc. Socio-Economic Cost/Benefit Study prepared for the proposed project in accordance with\nMeasure U.\nd. Conditional Use Permit No. 1167 – A request for a Planned Residential Development\n(PRD) in accordance with RMC Chapter 18.144 on approximately 14.69 gross acres\nconsisting of 35 single-family residential lots, six open space lettered lots, and on-site\nrecreational amenities for residents.\ne.
