1. Public Hearing relating to TTLC REDLANDS TEXAS ST, LLC. in consideration of the\nfollowing:\n(Mayor to declare meeting open as a public hearing)\na. Resolution No. 8516 of the development applications described below. The project site is\nlocated on the east side of Texas Street approximately 500 feet north of Domestic Avenue\n(APN: 0167-041-01-0000) in the Agriculture (A-1) District.\nb. Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the project in accordance with Section\n15074 of the California Environmental Quality Act\nc. Socio-Economic Cost/Benefit Study prepared for the proposed project in accordance with\nMeasure U.\nd. Conditional Use Permit No. 1167 – A request for a Planned Residential Development\n(PRD) in accordance with RMC Chapter 18.144 on approximately 14.69 gross acres\nconsisting of 35 single-family residential lots, six open space lettered lots, and on-site\nrecreational amenities for residents.\ne. Tentative Tract Map No. 20520 – A request to subdivide a 14.69-acre vacant parcel into\n35 lots for future single-family residential development, with lot sizes ranging between 7,200\nand 10,755 square-feet each, and six lettered lots for open space and recreation purposes.\nf. Resolution No. 8517 for Street Vacation No. 193 – A request to vacate a portion of Texas\nStreet right-of-way that is one foot (1’0”) in width and approximately 965 feet in length, along\na portion of the project site’s frontage. The portion of right-of-way is located on the east side\nof Texas Street, beginning approximately 500 feet north of Domestic Avenue, and\nproceeding 965 feet to the north.\n(Development Services Director Desatnik)
