Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with RHA Landscape Architects\n– Planners Inc. in the amount of $26,000 for Nicholson Neighborhood Park\nImprovements (Project); and\n2. Authorize project contingencies in the total amount of $27,000 for design of\nthe Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with RHA\nLandscape Architects – Planners Inc.; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if\nnecessary, to complete the project.\n5. Renew the term of the agreement to September 21, 2024.\n6. If necessary, authorize the City Manager to renew the term of the agreement for\nup to two additional one­year terms.

Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with IDS Group Inc. in the\namount of $209,179 for Speicher Memorial Park Improvements (Project); and\n2. Authorize the project contingencies in the total amount of $39,000 for design of\nthe Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with IDS\nGroup, Inc.; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if\nnecessary, to complete the project.

Adopt Resolution No. 2024­036 of the Mayor and City Council of the CIty of San\nBernardino, California, approving a Conditional Funding Commitment for Arrowhead\nGrove Phase IV, and affordable housing project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take any further actions and execute any\nfurther agreements or documents as necessary including minor and substantive\nchanges.

Approve the Professional Service Agreement with Anand Patel (Pa­An, Inc.,\nNamaste Sitiye Inc., and SB Hotel North LLC) for the provision of motel rooms\nranging from 55 rooms (minimum) to 121 rooms (maximum) for a total amount\nnot to exceed $2,751,840 and for a term beginning March 11, 2024, through\nMarch 10, 2025; and\n2. Reallocate unspent Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds to the\nMotel Voucher Program in the amount of $327,591; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to take any further actions and execute\nany further agreements or documents as necessary to effectuate the\nimplementation of the Motel Voucher Program.
