Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with IDS Group Inc. for Speicher Memorial Park\nDesign Services (Ward 2) p.330\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with IDS Group Inc. in the\namount of $209,179 for Speicher Memorial Park Improvements (Project); and\n2. Authorize the project contingencies in the total amount of $39,000 for design of\nthe Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with IDS\nGroup, Inc.; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if\nnecessary, to complete the project.
