The allocation of $129,948 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the Street\nSegment Repair Project; and\n2. The City Manager, or designee, to sign the agreements, and any subsequent\namendments, subject to the review and approval by the City Attorney as to form; and\n3. Adopt Urgency Ordinance No. MC1644U of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San\nBernardino, California, approving Development Code Amendment 2404 amending Chapter\n19.04 (Residential Zones); Section 19.04.030(2)(P) (Residential Zones Specific\nStandards Accessory Dwelling Units) of the City of San Bernardino Development Code\n(SBMC Title 19) in order to update the development standards for Accessory Dwelling Units\nin compliance with recent changes in state law; and finding such action statutorily exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act under Public Resources Code Section\n21080.17 (Attachment 1 and Attachment 2); and\n2.
