Item 725: Approval of the Final Map “Lisbon Vista Heights”\nNotice is hereby given that the City Engineer has reviewed and will approve on the date of this City Council meeting\nthat certain final map entitled “Lisbon Vista Heights" (T.M. No. 2225121, PTS No. 694284) located at 7106-7115\nLisbon Street, in the RS-1-7 zone, within the Skyline-Paradise Hills Community Plan Area, Council District 4, a copy of\nwhich is available for public viewing at the office of the San Diego City Clerk. Specifically, the City Engineer has\ncaused the map to be examined and has made the following findings: (1) The map substantially conforms to the\napproved tentative map, and any approved alterations thereof and any conditions of approval imposed with said tentative\nmap.
