Item 250: Submission of Ballot Proposals for the November 3, 2026 Ballot.\nCity Council Policy 000-21 establishes a procedure for submittal of ballot proposals to the City Council, by members of the public, Councilmembers, the\nMayor or mayoral departments, independent department directors or a public agency. Ballot proposals may be submitted to the Office of the City\nClerk. The City Clerk shall then transmit them promptly to Rules Committee Consultant.
