Item 203: Approval of a Fifth Amendment to the Agreement with PATH San Diego for the\nCoordinated Street Outreach Program.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis fifth amendment to the agreement with PATH San Diego only extends the term of the\nagreement to June 30, 2027. It does not change the current not to exceed amount of\n$13,600,000.
